Stage 03 · Care

One record. A better-organised consultation.

Clinic digitises outpatient consultation with a clear, practical clinical record, designed so the physician spends less time on administration and more time on care.

01 Who it is for

A practical record and continuous follow-up

Practices, outpatient clinics and organisations that need a practical record, an orderly consultation and continuous follow-up, without imposing a disproportionate administrative load on the physician.

02 How it works

From the appointment to the follow-up

  1. The patient is identified once and their record brings together demographics, history, alerts, documents and contacts.
  2. The appointment and the ticket prepare the consultation, so reception and physician know the state of care without duplicating records.
  3. During the consultation, the professional reviews the history and records the reason, assessment, findings, diagnoses and plan.
  4. The note combines structured fields with free text, keeping order without making clinical judgement rigid.
  5. The physician can produce a prescription, instructions, requests, consent forms and documents linked to the encounter.
  6. The next appointment and follow-up tasks keep care continuous after the consultation.
  7. Every access and every change is tied to the corresponding user, role and moment.
03 Key capabilities

What it includes

  • A single patient registration and an electronic health record.
  • Personalisation by specialty: once the treating physician's specialty is set, the solution provides the right consultation template.
  • History, alerts, diagnoses and relevant documents available during the consultation.
  • A medical note with structured information and room for free text.
  • Electronic prescription, consent forms and scheduling of the next appointment.
  • Clinical follow-up, activity log, role-based access and traceability.
04 Value for the organisation

What changes in the operation

For the physician

The information that matters, in plain sight.

For the clinic

Operational control and continuity of follow-up.

For the patient

Less repetition and a coherent experience.

05 Connection with the ecosystem

How it connects with the rest

Q-Flow organises the ticket, Q-Pay controls payment, and Clinic concentrates care and follow-up. The results released by LIS appear in the record without anyone transcribing them.

06 Management and indicators

What can be administered and what can be measured

Management and control

  • A single registration, to reduce duplicate records and contradictory data.
  • Roles for reception, physician, nursing, administration and other defined profiles.
  • Clinical alerts, consent forms and documents available in the patient's context.
  • An access and activity log covering the record and the encounters.

Indicators it can provide

  • Consultations scheduled, seen, cancelled and missed.
  • Waiting time and length of care by service or professional.
  • New patients, returning patients and patients with follow-up pending.
  • Activity by specialty, professional, diagnosis or period.

These are the indicators the module calculates from your institution’s own operation.

Clinic concentrates the history and the clinical encounter so every new consultation starts with context, not with another search through paperwork.
Available in both editions

The process is the same. How it is implemented is different.

This module is part of the ecosystem and is available in both IRRAD Cloud and TGMed Enterprise. What changes is the implementation model, not what it covers.
